Bad customer service 😡😡😡😡😡🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

In October I received a call from multichoice they were selling explorer and it was never delivered to me ever since I've been calling them since November they are charging me for something that I do not have now I'm using my airtime but I'm not getting any help they telling me I'm being double charged but they are not resolving the issue. I have to make a call every time I nid to make a payment they say I'm owing monies that I don't know about and I pay full amount every mid month and they disconnect within a month this is Really ****ing me off like serious becoz they are doing this to me since I am a black ****** I'm a disadvantage person I hate how they operate they have bad customer service 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞😡😡😡😡😡😡
