BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF GIVING CONFLICTING INFORMATION
I have cancelled my account weeks ago and called in 4 times to date for a refund. At the end of each call I am told my refund will be processed and sent for approval and after 48 hours I will get my refund. After speaking to 4 people still nothing!! Can I just please get my refund back into my bank account
