Bad customer service and misleading information
Bad customer service from this company I received this message (DStv: Remember, this month you're paying R349pm instead of R449pm. Pay on time and don't miss this discount. Pay: payat.io/dstv/ T&Cs. Opt out: dstv.tv/o) when I making payment it says I must pay R470 I tried to call they call center I spoken to 3 different people they said there's no discount also I joined some subscription which I don't even know about I tol them to cancel they said it doesn't change my balance. So who sent me this message why do you have to **** us
