Bad customer service and ***** who do not want to refund money

After writing here two weeks ago, I received a call saying they are looking into my refund matter and they will call me the following day. I have been waiting till this day, no call, no refund. The customer service is ****. it makes it 5 weeks since i have been trying to get the refund
