Bad customer service and *********** consultants

Rating DSTV a 1 is even a favor since there is no option to rate them zero. They have failed to resolve my payment issue even after i have submitted all the documents from the bank to prove that i have made the payment. The document was on FNB letterhead and stamped but they still said it was invalid. They instead increased my premiums for no apparent reason. DSTV multi choice has the worse customer service and their consultants are so ***********.
