Bad customer service

Tried getting hold of DSTV Pricelock regarding my account but i have been given an email address that does not exist. How is it that the Pricelock department does not have contact details and DSTV can't help. How are we suppose to solve our problems if we can't get hold of DSTV Pricelock dept.
