Bad customer service

My father has ordered a wifi-router from multi choice but it's not being delivered, it's the second time he is ordering without delivery. The first time it was cancelled because of non delivery and ordered again a week ago still not delivered. He called multi choice and they claim not to be involved with deliveries, which is odd. They are already debiting his account for the device and data. Poor service from multi choice, the hand doesn't know what the leg is doing. they don't care about their customers.
