Bad customer service

Third month still no money back in my account. Showmax is a very unprofessional business I've ever came across with such poor customer service and not being able to keep their clients happy. Showmax debited my account twice for 2 months and they said they did do the refund Howe no one contacted me and I even left an alternative number. I am really disappointed and can't comprehend such bad service and fact I've been Complaining about same thing eventide seem like they are enjoying see my complains
