Bad customer service

This people what they know best its to eat our money😡😡 I made a payment today expecting when I get home my decode will be working only to find out its not working... I called the centre and they told me about something that has 2 to 3 months not working that is in my account... Last month I payed R550 for my compact decode and it was working when I get home.... The way am so angry with this thing its very annoying....
