Bad customer service
I'm EX Blankenberg and yesterday I was by Dstv in Arkadia Moropane projects. When I got there they said my decoder is not working I must wait 1 hour for a new one, after an hour I went back to the agent and he told me he can't give it to me yet because he is still waiting for approval from the head office. The agents were so disrespectful it felt like I must beg them for their service, they had no clientel aditect. Why recruiting people that doesn't know how to treat clients properly. It was the worst experience I've ever received from dstv Services. My customer number is ***3.
