Bad customer service

Huu I am so angry and disappointed from the service I received after being a loyal paying customer to Dstv and this is the service I get. Last week I came to Hello Peter to express my dissatisfaction and I received a call from a Lady called and she assured me that she will help as she did locate my money and when she wanted to credit to my account she said the money was no longer there and she was going to investigate where is that money went to cause the owner is here with proof. Then she said she will call me back to update me and she never came back to me. Today I called customer service again and I spent another 30 to 40 min with no help. I should just cancel everything and get my money back as clearly I am not happy.
