Bad customer service

Multichoice customer service is pathetic,i made a payment for ***,last month and my sister never got a picture.Today i paid again and theres no picture,i contacted your so called customer service and no one was able to assit me.. I dont want to access my sisters account,all i need is a pacture or full refund incluing the one for last month.
