Bad customer service

I receive poor service from your organisation, it has been two weeks to try an link my premium account to show max, each time I call your staff they ask the same questions and leave my request hanging, my request has been escalated to your technical team and I have had no response, this is unacceptable as I have spent hours on the phone with your staff with no resolution. This is the worst service I ever received.
