Bad Customer Service.

I am Dstv customer for so many years and then I decided to switch to debit orders because I usually miss the annual increase dates then I would pay my normal subscription and I would end up in arears but everytime they have technical issues we have to suffer because they don't warn us as customers until you get a debit notice from the banks and you realise you were charged more than you were supposed to. For me I would appreciate if we are warned about those unforeseen circumstances because if you have insufficient funds in your account you will accumulate fees for unpaid debit order of which it would have been avoided because they are able to see whatever crazy amount is going to be charged, due to their technical issues.
