Bad customer service

This is the 3rd review, nothing happened no one responded. Early this month I wrote on Hello Peter requesting a refund due to their flawed system debiting my account twice which is *****. Then I was contacted and it looked convincing only to realise i was **** to. The second time I saw a response on hello Peter that they contacted me privately which was a lie again. Today I am writing to remind them I want my money back I won't stop reaching out to hello Peter till my money is in my account. This is really frustrating.
