Bad customer service

Worst service provider. Have been trying to speak to someone who actually knows what goes on with my account. my services disconnected. Payed what was due as per their agent and now being told I am stil lowing. Sent proof of payment get connected than 7day later disconnected again. So clearly theleft does not know what right is doing. And best of all thierattitude of some agent is to pass on thebuck others just put u on hold. Just wish I could burn the place down.
