Bad customer service

I would like to complain about the bad customer service from DSTV MultiChoice, I called maytime to fix my DSTV they told me that they will get back to me but since I’ve been waiting, I even ran out of airtime trying to get help, and the worst part is I’m paying a full amount for it .
