Bad customer service

i am so dissappointed with multichoice call centre i have been put on hold by several agents they were literally wasting my airtime because i made payment on my dstv account and it is not playing but instead of getting help i have been put on hold and when i asked one agent to give me her surname she asked me why do i want to know her surname and her name is Zanele and it will remain like that we were actually arguing for me as a customer to know who am i talk too
