bad customer service

In one month my HD decoder was unlinked from my name, my 2 PVR decoders were not recording and rewinding and I could not access box office but I was charged for all this, they are ******, and not to mention I am on price lock and they are still providing bad service. They want me to take my time to go to a walk in center with the HD decoder after the problem was created by them, I have not been treated fairly, this is against TCF and the consumer protection Act us being contravened as they are not prohibiting certain unfair marketing and business practices, they are not promoting responsible consumer behavior, upon calling on the 07 June I discovered that the HD decoder I had received from the DSTV walk I'm center was in fact a second hand device and not notified about it, DSTV again contravened the consumer protection Act under disclosure of reconditioned or gray market goods that states that the goods should clearly state that they have been reconditioned.
