BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 😞😡

The worst customer service in the world. Been calling in to rectify a blunder made by their call centre agents on the 30th of April. I'm given the run around, being told I'll be called back and being put on hold for hours, but nothing has been done. Funds have been takenfrom my accountas a result of this error. I feel like you guys are covering up for your agent as I had even requested that the conversation be listened to and also sent to me to ask I know exactly what I said. Been calling from the 31st of April, till today still no solution given. I'm always being put on hold for 35mins to an hr each time i call.
