Bad customer service

I app**** for Price lock at multichoice 10 months ago , and asked for extra view and they delivered only one decoder and told me they gonna deliver the other one within 24 hours , even today they didn't deliver , and when I call them they tell me they excelating my matter to the seniors and they'll call me within 24 hours and they don't , and they already derbited my money whiles I'm not watching TV, and when I check balance on my old DStv it says I owe R1578 ,28 which I don't know, when I call them they telling me that's for installation for Price Lock, whiles they didn't deliver and installed...now I can't watch TV cause they said I should stop paying my old DStv.
