Bad customer service

I got a call from this number *** on behalf of DSTV regarding my insurance that has not come to an end on my DSTV decoder. When I refused to continues this services the lady so rudely just put the phone down. They truly need to teach these call centre people some telephone etiquette. I am so disgusted in the way I was treated on the phone. She was asking me why I don't want to take out the insurance. I don't have to go into detail as to why. I have my reasons for not wanting to. Unfortunately I did not get her name (pity)
