Bad customer service

Wanted to buy a DSTV Connector at the Doonside Mall branch in KZN. No personel initially visible, then one appeared from behind the counter with a cup of coffee. When asked what the price was, it was 1,5 more than what it sells for at retailers. When questioned, the employee responded by saying "go buy it there then". Very disappointing employee attitude in more than one way. Can DSTV afford such attitude?
