Bad customer service

Bad customer service I paid on the 1st of March and on the 19 of March they inactive my account saying I didn't pay I reversed back on the 18march on proof that the money was reversed to which account by who and when even the bank does not know about it. I don't even have that reversed money that they're talking about. Call center team just been rude and not helpful
