Bad customer service

I have a problem with linking my dstv account on the website /app tried calling customer service center my call was disconnected by the agents 2 times without assistance Tried the live chat a person replies after hours I finally got through to njabulo who only asked for my ID and contact number then closed my chat.... The service is very bad I'm so disappointed Smart card no:*** Passport number :A***5
