Bad Customer Service

<p>I have just called Multi Choice to report my dstv that has been giving me a problem for over 3 week now, I spoke to Sibusiso he spoke to me as if he is doing me a favour i couldnt here a word he was saying i had to repeat everything he said just to make sure if i heard him correctly to make matters worse he hang up on me. </p>
