Bad customer service
I called twice,@multchoice request them to cancel my subscription and leave showmax i was asked to pay 120 which I did however still my showmax subscription was cancel .called in spoke to Busisiwe who was very rude she didn't even wanted to escalate my query that's why ppl are canceling dstv for such behavior as well
