Bad customer service

I am very unhappy about the service I'm getting at DSTV. My decoder is not working so I did not pay my subscription. What I do is I inquire with their facebook team. They say to me the decoder needs to be checked first because I have insurance if it is indeed faulty they repair it or exchange it. I tell them it's fine I can take it to them, but where do I take it?

They tell me I have to take it to the dstv service center or agency. I ask where is one of those in kuruman? They send me a list and on that list there is no dstv service center or agency in kuruman. I ask why can't I take it to their retail dealers. They say no it has to be taken to their service center or agency. They send me a long message containing a lot of ****. I ask again where should I take the decoder, they say I must take it to vryburg. Vryburg is 160km from Kuruman. Should I pay that much money only to take the decoder to their service center?

I'm very angry. The retail dealers in Kuruman should stop selling DSTV if they can't assist with it PERIOD.
