Bad customer service
Today I had a problem since from morning my extraview giving e143, spoke to different agents and platforms still 143... whiles agent was helping he asked if I'd like to join the compact package for 24 months however I did join already for 439 for 24 month on the 23rd of March now what I don't understand why am I afford something I already have and again my problem is still not fixed.. this only means no one I spoke to knows what they doing and they canceled my plan and I want it exactly the way it was
