Bad customer service

This is my second review in less than a month I ordered a DStv compact plus + 400GB router and I have still not received my package of the router when I call I am taken from pillar to post with no positive feedback managers don’t want to talk to me when I ask for them Sumeshan Munsamy from Operations department refused to assist me
