I'm so disappointed in the caliber of consultants that would call on behalf of Multichoice for the additional R65 plan.Not professional, you still speaking & they drop the call in your ear. I used to work for Multichoice & remember distinctively that Customer Experience was Top priority. This is really disappointing. This will definitely have an impact on the overall clientele if you don't do something about this. Its not the 1st time I receive this type of service.
