BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

DSTV internet debited from my account but did not update my GIGS, I logged a call and the consultant told me someone would contact me I'm on day 4 and no contact

They going to end up calling me after 3 weeks and tell me I I up the internet yet I did not receive my GIGS for the month

Terrible service 😑
