Bad customer care & worse

I am soooo disgusted by the treatment i have received from this company, the agents dont have customer care at all, when your call is transferred they will just be talking to their colleagues and not answer, i called 3 times today with my airtime and same thing happen Finally got through to an agent who didnt know anything and ended yawning in my ear, i mean Whats This If they cant do their jobs them employ people who can
