Bad customer care and billing problems

I'm an annual subscriber. I know my subscription ends in December. Some weeks ago I phoned Multichoice to check how much im suppose to pay and when are they going to debit my account. I was told im not an annual subscriber and a whole lot of incorrect information. The lady told me they were offline and she will help resolve as soon as they are online. In Dec my account was debited for a monthly subscription. I phoned multichoice to check what was happening. Again it was a long story that didn't make sense ,the lady I spoke to she was helpful and I was happy with her service unfortunately she could not help because she needed her supervisor to intervene. She promised her supervisor will call me back which never happened. Sometime in Dec I received an sms that said R1650 will be debited from my account for my annual subscription. This didn't make sense because I know it should be more than this. Few days ago I went to the centurion walk in multichoice centre. I was helped by Keneilwe (I think). She was very helpful, good customer care and I was happy with her service. I showed her the sms and she was as surprised also. I still didn't agree with the explanation for the dec debit order. Anyway I paid my annual subscription helped by Keneilwe. This morning I woke up to an sms that multichoice has debited R1650 from my account. I am furious and very unhappy.

Dear Dinah Your reply above is not a true reflection of our conversation. Is this PR??? Trying to give people an impression that we have an understanding on what must happen. Yesterday you told me that your manager will call me (yesterday still) because you could not answer some of my questions. I told you that I don't think/believe your manager will call because the last 2 times that I phoned multichoice I was told the same thing and no one phoned. But you gave me your word and guess what as I suspected no one phoned and now this reply above. Like I said to you I urgently need my money that was debited *******ly from my account and I am being inconvenienced big time here. Lastly like I said yesterday multichoice treats us anyhow because of the monopoly. Just for the record, your call yesterday was not helpful but just fuelled my anger. For me it shows how multichoice just gives us a middle finger and laugh at our face
