BAD CUSTOIMER BY MULTICHOICE

My mother is an elderly pensioner. She is above 80. She asked me to downgrade her DSTV package which I did with by phoning DSTV. I was then advised I needed to pay R90 in order to activate the Access package. Indeed I paid R200 at the beginning of May and yet the package was not loaded. I then called Dstv and explained the problem and the agent said to me she has sent the command to activate the package and should start working. However, to date it is not running. My elderly mother uses the TV to while way her time. She cannot watch anything save the Chanel 100, yet she has paid. This is not fair. My mother can be reached on ***
