Bad cusstomer service from DSTV
Dstv price lock called me and sold an explora ultra with installation but they delivered an explora 3B and i have called them from Saturday 2022/03/12 till to date all the call center agents I speak to say one thing which is "they are escalating the matter to Price lock" I have the following Ref numbers ***6 - I154, I157, I159,I165,and I168. All I need from multi Choice is for them to come and collect the explora3B and Deliver the explora ultra as per our agreement.

19 Mar 2022, 16:15The reason why I wrote my complaint on this platform is exactly how you have just rep**** to my complaint, everybody at multichoice that I speak to about this matter has no solution even the Hello Peter team, all I hear is "we are escalating to Pricelock" it has been more than a week since I logged my 1st query, next thing the debit order for pricelock will go through my account but I have not received what we agreed upon.
