Reviewer Update

I just wish that this could be solved earlier by way of a telephone call,
alternatively an email as DSTV has all my contact details.
I was not aware of any further oustanding balances due to DSTV as I received
no communication after canceling my account.

Furthermore, I kindly request proof that my name has been removed from the
default listing at the credit bureaus. Also forward me the amended statement
of account indicating the zero balance.

Regards, Groete

Dear Johan Burger

Please note that Multichoice does not list customers on ITC but only submits customer's payment records to all the credit bureaus for credit score as per CPA rule.

We have referred your enquiry to our finance department to send you a paid up letter and for credit update to be done on your profile. It will take 7 working days before the total update is completed with the credit bureau.

Regards

Elna
