Bad costumer service DStv walk in center

The level of disrespect I got is so bad, it irritates me just thinking about it. As I am standing in a queue waiting my turn to go in, a guy who works there comes out and asked what is it that I am there to do,I explain, he takes my decoder inside with him quietly and enters the center without saying anything.The next guy who walks out with my decoder, asks who does the decoder belong to, I tell him it belongs to me.He comes to me to tell me how dusty my decoder is and I am too well dress to be bringing in such a dusty decoder and goes on to say I must make it clean as with what it's not his problem. I felt so disrespected being tread like that in front of other costumers. I felt no need for him to address me with such disrespect, especially since the 1st guy did not complain when taking the decoder from me.
