Bad company bad service bad agent 😑cancel cancel😒😏

I have a complain again about DSTV they on the beginning of this month they delivered a router and they wanted to pay R973 that I don't know anything about and I paid R530 last week so and same week I called they give me different stories so I took the matter here on Hello Peter and they said they will investigate so they only decreased the amount with only R200 so last week again I chatted with their agent her name is Phindile I asked her to cancel the subscription and internet because I don't need it anymore seems like she didn't cancel so now when I check my balance they say I owe them R1078 that I don't know anything about I don't understand what is wrong with this company they have bad service and they ****ming us so please can they cancel I will only continue with my dstv family to watch my TV I will continue to pay R320 even their router does have network and doesn't work can they please come take their router I'm unemployed I won't afford to pay them😡😡😡they **** us
