Bad communication

About 2 months ago i phoned DSTV and told them we don't need dstv no more. Today we got a sms from SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFRIES & ASSOCIATES that Multichroic ask them to collect a outstanding balance. I want to know how can i owe them money if DSTV is like a pay as you go if you don't pay then you don't watch DSTV? Please according to the poppie act the are not allow to give my details out .
