Bad client services received

Good Day<br> I have just had is with the constant bad service from Multichoice!! Apart from holding on forever and sitting on the IVR forever to be able to speak to a consultant when eventually getting through to an agent they have terribly bad attitudes towards their customers. My call today was with Tracey Tlhako (Call ref no: ***). She answered my call and talked very unprofessionally, very bad attitude!!! Who does these people think they talking too. I am so put off hey! Eventually when asking her for her surname she said she cannot give it to me, because why do I want it? Very unpleasant and I would suggest you up your customer service, if this continues you do not have a bright future ahead....unexeptable!
