Bad call centre service

Hi everytime i phone the dstv call centre at night usually after 7pm i get really bad service ,call centre agents have bad attitudes and are short looking to get rid of you more than helping you

I requested to speak to a manager and there was no manager on the floor

I use to be happy with dstv service but not anymore if i had a alternative to watch sport i wouldve cancelled dstv
