Bad billing system

I was double charged by dstv then I went to the bank to make a reversal as one payment I made it cash at a store then 3 days later my account was debited. Now I have been charged R95 for a reversal why? Because I did not give authorization for a debit on my account. Now I must pay 95 + my account where by for them to make a refund I need to go to to bank for a statement then to the Internet cafe to fax or fax to email which cost me + R65 to R75 this is a rip-off
