Bad - Bad Service ! ( Minus 100 is a good score)

Even 1Star is too much for DSTV. The system ask for your ID and there the problem start, I have been switch-off, disconnected before I could even start sorting out my problem !! No wonder - really no wonder DSTV subscriptions is dropping by the hundreds ! Service is pathetic to say the least ! If I can give them -100 , I will but there is no such score ! I can promise you, management will read this and just keep on Walking !! They don't care !! But lets see - I am waiting in anticipation !
