Bad bad service from your agents

I have been put on hold for over 50 minutes, I spoke to three agents already (Saaiqa- who just hung up on me) (Wendy - hung up the minute I asked to speak to a team leader) (Sinenhlanhla who also tried) . My services are still not reconnect. I was advised to make payment which I did, the guy even confirmed that it was received. I still do not know why are my services not reconnected still. Can I ask to be called back please urgently ***
