Bad bad service ever

I'm on price lock but they overcharge me every time so this month on the 5th October 2019 they changed me R1275 which I paid but I'm supposed to pay R749 today on the 16 October 2019 they deactivated my services saying I owe them R334 when I send the proof of payment they say it's not clear please help me
