Bad bad service

Good day. It seems like dstv likes to play this games.as I said before after every 3rd month I have a short payment outstanding balance when they send you an sms with a link to see how much you owe and I pay that exact amount. Now November they put on channels for us who were on compact and I know feel that they are now adding that amount on because all of a sudden I am in arrears with r212. How the heck. I placed them on hello Peter before. And I clearly said that I am not interested bin any of dstv promotions free bees because at the end they have this whole explanation and invoice of how you owe them .and when you tell them that iou receive an sms every month they story change and say no the system ****ched or had an error and send the incorrect amount. Hell no I want this sorted. I owe dstv this the amount for this Dec month and nothing more and then everything single show is on repeat every day and old
