bad bad service

I have been using dstv as I have funds as I am unemployed. I have spoken to them at the start of the year and switched of the walka, have not used it since then. Secondly I didn't use it for the month of october, I paid 06/09 it was on until 06/10 now I paid on 31/10 it was only on 6 days which means I pay a full subscription for a period I had no signal. Thirdly there is alott of outstanding fees now I was never aware off. Last time I loaded a complaint I was promised a gift for the discomfort, well clearly I got one a walked switched on without any signal or usage. This is ridiculous. The service is bad half of the channels have issues connecting, the few I do watch is not available on a package and I am charged for something I switched of. Sorry mam the R350 u paid was used for R224 which was in arrears for fees you didn't know you wre paying but we still need the full subscription as the extra funds we will use for lunch kind regards dstv. Also we will take two hours to answer and your statement you requested will be send to the wrong email not because you gave the wrong one , no because we can do this to annoy you even more!
