Bad Bad Service

I reported a hack on my account last month and I spoke to some lady who was on accounts department promised me the account will still be active till the matter is resolved.

However my account was deactivated/Suspended I called around first week Feb, I was told the matter is through price lock team they'll get back to me. Every week I called and I was always told the manager will be with me shortly I'd be put on hold until the phone is hung up.

Everytime sir be patient our team is working on it today my account is debited again and I always pay cash, I'm frustrated I'm dissapointed there's no help. A lot of unaccountability and unprofessional service
