Bad bad service.

I've been on pricelock for the last two years, I've stopped it went to normal premium package. Now my services has disconnected and it's been 4 days without services. I've called multichoice more than 5 times and complained about my problem. I've been told that I dont have a package linked to my account and none of the consultants can assits or resolve my problem. Everytime I call the call center my call end up being dropped. Its frustrating and I cant get any help.
